every weekend. You work hard for your money as a flatbed
driver. That’s why BTC gives you several ways to earn
more.
In order for you to get home to see your family and the
opportunity to earn more than the average driver you
need to have reliable late model equipment. That’s why
here at BTC we strive to keep you up and going.
Last but not least, we here at BTC believe in having a
relationship with each one of our drivers. You are not
just a truck number here at BTC. Your identity is much
greater than the number on that truck. Each one of our
drivers has a life outside of the truck and we at BTC
want to help you make that life the best it can be!

STUDENT DRIVER PAY PACKAGE
Students will be paid
$300.00 per week while in training
Once training is completed
BTC will begin your tuition reimbursement at a rate of
$50.00 per week as long as the student is employed with BTC
and the student achieves a minimum of 2200 miles per or
$2500.00 in revenue per week.
Also once training is
completed and the student driver passes all required
testing, he/she will start at $.35 per mile loaded or empty,
and after 1 year of employment with BTC the student will
then earn $.38 per mile loaded or empty.
TRAINING PROGRAM TIMELINE
Student will spend the first
3 days receiving classroom instruction.
Student will then spend 2
days receiving hands on securement lab training
The student will then be
assigned to the over the road trainer for a minimum of 4
weeks. The student must be willing to stay away from home a
minimum of 4 weeks while with the trainer unless the trainer
lives near the location of the student. BTC will cover the
expense of the student’s hotel stays over the weekends.
Once over the road training
time is completed, then the student must pass a road test
and written examination before becoming a solo driver.
