Builders
formally recognizes drivers who do an outstanding job. In addition to
a great pay check, home every weekend and nice equipment we take the time
to recognize the men and women who have made us successful.
The award is called the BTC Quarterly
All Star. To achieve All Star status a driver must achieve on a quarterly
basis:
- Average 6.5 miles per gallon on practical miles (not
pay miles).
- 5% or lower out of route on practical miles.
- 30,000 miles or
40,000 in revenue for the quarter.
- No chargeable accidents, missing logs, DOT write-ups
or workmen’s compensation injuries.
- 100% on time pick up and delivery.
- No unauthorized repairs to equipment or driver abuse
of equipment. This award is given quarterly.
Owner operators are not required to achieve number 1
or 2, but are required to have their tractor and trailer inspected by
the shop each quarter. The award winners will receive a certificate, shirt,
hat and a pin.
BTC would like to congratulate 45 outstanding drivers who
achieved all star status for the 1st quarter of 2007.
