Builders formally recognizes drivers who do an outstanding job. In addition to a great pay check, home every weekend and nice equipment we take the time to recognize the men and women who have made us successful.

The award is called the BTC Quarterly Bonus. To achieve Bonus a driver must achieve on a quarterly basis:

1. Average 6.5 miles per gallon on practical miles (not pay miles)
2. 40% idle or less
3. 30,000 miles or 40,000 in revenue for the quarter
4. No chargeable accidents, missing logs, DOT write-ups or workmen’s compensation injuries
5. 100% on time pick up and delivery
6. No unauthorized repairs to equipment or driver abuse of equipment. This award is given quarterly
